"Empower, Inspire, Motivate"
I am deeply honored and humbled to stand before you today as President of the Florida Dental Hygienists’ Association. To be entrusted with this role is both a privilege and a tremendous responsibility. As FDHA enters its 101st year, I’d like us to do two things: honor the legacy of those who came before us and build the future of our profession. For more than a century, FDHA has advocated for dental hygienists, advanced our profession, and worked to improve oral health across Florida. We stand on the shoulders of leaders who believed in what dental hygiene could become. Now, it is our turn to decide what comes next.
