2008 FDHA Symposium
Reservations for the Hyatt Regency Orlando International Airport Hotel must be made by Monday, September 1, 2008 to receive the special meeting rate of $141 (single, double, triple or quad). All room rates are subject to state, local and any occupancy taxes in effect at the time of the meeting.
Remember to mention FDHA to receive the special group rate.

COMPONENTS
We are inviting you to participate in the Annual Component Donated Gift Basket and Gift Certificate Drawing that will be held September 25th through September 28th at the Annual Symposium at the Hyatt Regency in Orlando. We had lots of great baskets last year; we are again asking that your Component gift basket be valued at approximately $50.00. Baskets may be as simple as a Gift Certificate to a "chain" restaurant or as creative as a Theme Basket. Use your imagination to create an unusual and fun Gift Basket. It is always fun to see which Component comes up with the most creative idea.
Silent Auction
Dear Friends,
In case you have not heard the buzz, my husband, Keith who is a stain glass artisan has graciously volunteered to make a stain glass piece that will be donated to this year's FDHA Silent Auction in honor of Northeast District.
Susan Halil played a major role in selecting the glass and in selecting a title for this piece. It will be called 'The Facets of Dental Hygiene.'
Once you see the geometric pattern and the beautiful purple hues you will understand the appropriateness of the title.
Once completed, 'The Facets of Dental Hygiene' will be approximately 15' x 15'. Keith estimates the wholesale value of this piece to be approximately $175. I'll send photos as the project progresses.
